I think he probably would stick up for any one of them,
but Snape is the only one accused of larceny, murder,
and general badness. Hagrid's defense of Snape is a little
striking, though, considering his Gryffindor bias.

Almost done rereading SS! I'm surprised at how much more
I'm picking up this time, now that I know the characters
and all.
