My guess would be is that you can floo in and out and around, but its only 
something that works in teacher's offices, so there is controlled access to 
it, and they don't have kids sneaking into Hogsmeade that way ;)

Its my guess that there's an additional charm or spell that you have to use 
if you want a lock to be "Alohomora proof". :) In the movie (*waits for mods 
to beat her with the Off Topic Stick) Ron couldn't open the door in the room 
full of keys, and IIRC they couldn't open the door that way in the book 
either.
