I think there's no doubt that her crush on Harry is still thriving.

Not only so, but when she hears that Harry asked Cho, and sees his
strength of feeling about it, it wipes away her laughter at Harry and
Ron. The see-sawing emotions of these characters and Hermione, and
what they betray about what they think of each other and Neville, is
one of the high points of the book for me.

On the subject of Ginny's 'crush', I always cringe a bit when this
term is used. In COS, she hardly knows him - fair enough.

By GOF, is it fair to call it that, after more than two years?
Although their on-screen time together is pretty small, hasn't she
had a fair opportunity to get to know Harry? I would use crush to
refer to a situation where the 'crushee' is more a fantasy than the
real person - though put like that I suddenly realise I am among
experts. :-)
