Hmmm, that's interesting.  I always liked Madam Pomfrey.  Whenever 
she seemed impatient or bossy, it was because she had her patients' 
welfare in mind... too many visitors, not enough quiet, bringing 
dangerous creatures like dementors and dragons to the school, etc.  
I don't really see her being *hateful* though.
