It may be possible for Ron to further refine his skill; to learn how 
to properly clear his mind, to learn to differentiate between his 
conscious and unconscious thoughts.

If he can learn these skills, if he can learn to listen to the voice 
within, he may be able to help others develop the skill as well.

It's not as improbable as it sounds - many athletes have natural and 
innate talents, but proper coaching can improve their abilities; no 
reason to think divination is all that different.
