Draco would have to lose that purist attitude before Hermione gives him
a single thought. I would be very surprised if Hermione actual went for
him, when he's blatant about his feelings towards "mudbloods". 

It is possible, but I think he's got a lot of damage to repair before
he's even allowed to be in the running for Hermione.
