Add in a break between History and Charms; it's specifically mentioned 
in chapter 29 (the Trio waits for the break to find Moody and speaks 
to him after History, which seems to take forever).  This and chapter 
22 are the specific references to break I'm aware of, though the 
latter causes its own problems because it implies that History comes 
in the afternoon.
