Hi there. It is in Chapter 13: Maugrey Fol Oeil (top of p184 in my 
edition)

It translates as something the following:

Lavender: "...j'ai une planete bizarre! Oooh, qu'est-ce que c'est 
professeur?"

Trelawney: "C'est la Lune, ma cherie"

Ron: Est-ce que je pourrais voir ta lune, Lavende?

So they used the word for moon instead of Uranus. If I remember 
correctly, "lune" is also a slang word for "bottom". Quite a good 
translation job, I thought.
