I wouldn't have a clue.  If there were a picture on the dust jacket 
then I suppose I would think that that would be a good indication 
(though why I should think that I don't know - an awful lot of books 
are published with dust-jackets bearing only a passing resemblance to 
what is inside).

However - I'm not sure whether there would be any alterations for 
publication this side of the pond that would give us a clue.  We may 
not find out until we joined in the appropriate Yahoo group to 
discuss it!
