I'm going to think that Voldemort had a lot more on his mind then 
killing the twins for throwing snowballs at him. Although I had never 
thought of that before. JKR put that in the book to make fun of 
Voldemort, I'm sure. I don't see Voldemort, risen again, coming after 
Fred/George and saying, "Ah ha! It was you who threw snowballs at me 
years ago!" hehe.
