I think the reason the Dementors affect Harry more is because he 
doesn't have very many happy memories to begin with.  I mean, look at 
his life up to that point.  He lives with his Aunt and Uncle who hate 
him, Dudley was always tormenting him, he was there when his mother 
was killed.  His only happy memories are from the previous two years 
at Hogwarts.  No wonder he collapses sooner than anyone else.
