One reason for muggle born witches/wizards not use the name Voldemort
is because we all know how all the witches and wizards freak out when
they hear his name. It can't be easy to have a conversation with
someone who becomes more and more hysterical every time you mention a
certain person by name. If I were a witch and I wasn't afraid to use
the name voldemort I still might not use it for the benefit of others
who are afraid. Another idea is that when the muggle born
witches/wizards hear about all the horrible things V has done and
what fear he instills in other magic folk, they become just as afraid
to say his name.
