Yeah, I wondered about that too, but I don't remember Hermione ever 
saying "You Know Who" (please let me know if I am wrong). I think 
Muggle-borns say YKW because almost every other witch/wizard says it, 
and they probably don't want to seem out of place by saying 
Voldemort. You see the reaction from other wizards and witches when 
Dumbledore/Harry say Voldemort,("Are you mad??", "Stop saying his 
name!" - Ron, and how McGonagall acts when Dumbledore says the name 
in PS ch 1) so Muggle-borns will say YKW because everybody wants him 
to be referred to as YKW.
