Yeah, But Professor McGonagall was in the room when the dementor gave 
Barty Jr. the Kiss.  & the emotion she showed in the hospital wing, 
first the anger & then the color draining from her face implies to me 
she really remembered it happening, rather than a memory Fudge may 
have implanted into her head, so Barty's as good as dead.
