I personally feel that Harry would be a very illogical choice as captain, 
due to his position: Seeker. The seeker's sole role is to catch the Golden 
Snitch; the seeker operates on a completely different  path to the other 
players. Harry rarely pays much attention to the goals being scored, except 
when he has to wait until they are a certain number of points ahead. The 
captain has to do things like call time out, be familiar with the moves, and 
be good at strategising, and Harry hasn't displayed these traits yet.  So 
seeker would be a bad choice as captain, seeing as they would be too 
distracted from their primary role : catching the Snitch. Of course, if 
Harry was to change his position in the team, that'd be a different story.
However, I think that Angelina will be the captain, simply because she is a 
Chaser, and thus familiar with the moves, strategies, etc, she is respected 
by her team, plus she is one of the oldest.
