Hi,

If someone else already responded to this and I didn't see the 
message yet, I apologize.

Angelina and the twins are all two years above HRH.  They will be in 
their 7th year at Hogwarts in Book Five.   Angelina was 17 in book 
four, she says something about having just had her birthday.  I think 
that, though, Angelina has an early birthday, and Harry has a late 
one (Harry started Hogwarts having just barely turned 11, and 
Angelina turned 12 just a couple months after starting Hogwarts).  So 
any one of them could be the next captain.
