 Yes that is what we are supposed to assume at this
point...but I think Tim's question (or at least if it
were mine) actually is asking...now that we know who
Moody really was and that he had been cheating and
helping Harry the whole time (including cursing other
champions in the maze!) how do we know that he didn't
spice up Harry's Accio with a little oumph! of his
own? He may have cast Accio simultaneously, allowing
the broom to travel the distance to Harry.
