Hogwarts is not Unplottable (WAS Re: Hogsmeade and unplottable Hogwarts)

I think that Hogwarts is one of those special places that has both 
plottable and unplottable properties.  It is plottable because 
Muggles can find the place and put it on a map; however, to Muggles 
Hogwarts appear to be merely castle ruins.  It is unplottable 
because, as Hermione said about 500 times, one can't apparate or 
disapparate from the place.
