Am I right in thinking you mean amusing as in 
"Crouch!Moody-just-said-no-one-could-do-it-and-then-HP-could" amusing?  Okay, 
I'll pretend that is what you meant - totally amusing.  If we're going on the 
idea that Harry could never kill someone, then how do you propose Voldemort 
is defeated?  Everyone says Harry will kill Voldemort.  I am of the thought 
that anyone can kill in a dire situation.  If it's Harry or Voldemort, Harry 
will defend himself.  He'll try not to kill Voldemort, but if there's no 
other way, he'll kill him.  I think that Harry could if he wanted to.  I 
think it's more about he wouldn't.  I suppose if he did use it, every time he 
AK-ed someone, he would think about his parents and how they died.  Might be 
too traumatic for our poor hero!  Harry will be along the lines of 
Dumbledore, he'll have the power, but he won't use it.
