Will Snape get the DADA job in book 5?

Everyone always says that Snape wants the DADA job, but he's never 
actually affirmed that. However, what about him makes him look like 
he'd want that job? In the last four books, he doesn't seems to be 
too friendly with the DADA teacher's, which would probably make him 
appear jealous. It is known by the students that Snape knows a lot 
about the Dark Arts (affirmed by Percy Weasley in SS7), so it owuld 
be assumed that he's after the job. 
As for Snape getting the job anytime soon, I heard that the new DADA 
teacher would be female. Perhaps he'll get it in the 7th book?
