What on earth are Fleur's qualifications for the DADA job?  Surely *some*
experience is required.  For that matter, Harry has more DADA experience
than Fleur does.  He has, after all, faced Voldemort three times and lived
to tell about it every time.  I can't quite see the use of someone who has
nothing but looks going for her.
