I suspect Hermione celebrated her 11th birthday at Hogwarts.

My birthday is the same as Hermione's ... I started school early, as I was
considered "bright" and that I would celebrate my birthday less than a month
after the usual cut-off date. I would posit that Hermione started school
early herself for similar reasons.

And, of course, we should not forget that typically girls are more advanced
socially than boys at this age.
