As is HAGRID!! Now, that makes me wonder...he's certainly around at
Hogwarts for Christmas. why would he miss Christmas dinner?
I don't know if the consequence of that 13 at dinner signifies
betrayal. According to Trelawney, the one who rises first is going to
die. Here the confusion as to whether Ron or Harry was the first to
rise could possibly foreshadow a confusion/ mistaken identity
scenario later on (at the climax?) as to who gets killed....you could
still have the betrayal: Ron accidentally betrays Harry, realizes his
mistake and dies in Harry's place....Ummm, or it could be vice
versa!! Why should Harry be the Hero? (Just Kidding!)
