I'm just brainstorming here, so don't be afraid to point out
inconsistencies, but the reason could be that there is a limit to the
number of times you can use the TT to re-live a particular time (let's
say two), and thus the last one, instead of being used by Hermione to
attend Charms, was used for a nice one-hour nap in the common room. It
fits canon, but I cannot think of any reason why you could use it two
times (instead of one or three). I'd make more sense if you could only
use it once, but we know that Hermione attended three classes
simultainiously (sp?) which means she used it two times.
