It's in SS when Hagrid and Harry are in Diagon Alley, right after 
Harry comes out of Madame Malkins and expresses concerns about his 
house (if I had the book, I'd give the exact page, sorry). Hagrid 
assures Harry that it's better to be a Hufflepuff then a Slytherin by 
commenting that "there wasn't a single witch or wizard who went bad 
who wasn't in Slyterin, You-Know-Who was one"
