I'm on the board of directors for a theater company
(that just got a fantastic review for the St. Louis
premier of Laramie Project - I'm almost contractually
required to brag on them a little, right?). 
Unfortunately, that means little as far as actual
knowlege of how to run a nonprofit, but I'd love to be
helpful if I can, and I might be able to pick the
artistic director's brain - he's an old friend and he
set up the company from scratch.
