Oh, I can't remember them all off the top of my head.  Basically 
anything Gred and Forge say/do is hilarious.  But one particular 
scene always makes me laugh... the Valentine's Day speech Lockhart 
gives in CoS. Professor "Sly Dog" Flitwick. =P

And just this one line.. "Snape was looking as though the first 
person to ask him for a love potion would be force fed posion."(that 
comes from my memory, so might not be completely accurate).  Lol, 
everytime I read that I picture Alan Rickman looking particuarly sour 
and Snape-like(I hope they show this scene in the movie).  And just a 
mention that Snape might even be thinking about brewing up love 
potions...lol.  JKR has a great sense of humor. =)
