Room mentioned in GoF

Hi!

Please excuse me if you have allready discussed this, but I am new.

What is up with the room that is mentioned in GoF by Dumbledore, 
during the Yule ball? The one that might only be reached when the 
person has an exceptionally full bladder. Does anyone have any idea 
where it is or if there is something special about it? It always made 
me curios because things just meantioned quickly by JKR (like this) 
can play an important part in future plots.

Ideas anyone?
