Unless I am much mistaken, the first name of Mrs. Figg is Arabella (Dumbledore mentions her as part of the old crowd).  And I've read several interviews with JRK that have her confirming that Arabella Figg of GoF and Mrs. Figg of PS/SS are one and the same.
