Here are my entries, for Gryffindor

Sometimes, when he strained his memory during long hours in his cupboard, he
came up with a strange vision: a blinding flash of green light and a burning
pain on his forehead. PS, p. 27 UK paperback

He did look very green, and when the cart stopped at last beside a small
door in the passage wall, Hagrid got out and had to lean against the wall to
stop his knees from trembling. PS, p. 58 UK paperback

He was wearing long green robes, which were dusty and travel-worn. CS p.
33-34 UK paperback

"Letters from school," said Mr. Weasley, passing Harry and Ron identical
envelopes of yellowish parchment, addressed in green ink. CS p. 37-38 UK
paperback

And as the wand caught the green light that was filling the clearing from
the skull above, Harry recognized it "Hey - that's mine!" he said Everyone
in the clearing looked at him. GF p. 120 UK hardback
