I don't think so, unless his personality changes
dramatically in the future.
Even when he was angry with Harry, Ron didn't get nasty and
make fun of him along with others, he just didn't talk to
him.
And I can't see Ron be good spy material. He is not good at
keeping his feelings hidden. Look at the example of using
the polyjuice to transform into Crabbe and Goyle. Several
times he would have betrayed himself to Draco, if Harry
hadn't reminded him.
While I can see Ron change somewhat, I still don't believe
he'd ever work for Voldemort, become a death eater, or
otherwise turn.
Now, I hope JKR will not go that way, because that would
truly ruin the whole series for me, along with Ron, Harry or
Hermione dying.
Maybe I should have waited until the 7th book was finished
before getting involved <g>.
I'm the type of reader who checks the last few pages of a
book to find out if it ends "right".
