Good question.  I have this theory that doing magic burns up a lot 
of calories, which is why we don't see many fat witches or wizards 
around, but of course calorie burning is not enough.  Quidditch 
seems to provide a pretty good all-around workout, but what about 
those who don't play? I suspect most wizards and witches are badly 
out of shape.

Then again, most Muggles in Western society are badly out of shape, 
too, so it probably doesn't make much difference.
