Not quite laughing, though:  grimacing.  "I told you, Harry . . . I 
told you.  If there's one thing I hate more than any other, it's a 
Death Eater who walked free."  Presumably he would make an exception 
for those who then tried to find Voldemort (like himself, if he was 
actually guilty of the crime of which he was convicted).  But he is 
not amused by people like Malfoy, L, who got off by claiming to have 
been under Imperius.
