With many apologies to all who could not identify the context of the
following two quotes, which I inadvertently left out of a prior post.

GoF, ch. 15. The second quote, which appears below, is from the graveyard
scene, when Voldemort tried to make Harry answer his question about whether
he wanted to be Crucio'd again.

The second time was earlier in the graveyard scene when Voldemort forced
Harry to bow before dueling.
Again, I apologize profusely. It was an inadvertent error, resulting from
adding a second incident without changing the intro.
