Rowling did make the comment you quoted above, but she also made this comment:

"In book 5, we go into a whole new area, physically, an area you've never seen 
before, a magical world"

I've often thought we'd go see Azkaban, but I'm not sure if we've seen it before 
or not. Harry hasn't seen, but it has been described. I wonder if Rowling is 
going to take us somewhere that has never been mentioned. I would love to go see 
Durmstrang though. I find that concept fascinating.
