Another Dursley Question

There are several instances in which the Dursleys send Harry gifts.  The one that comes to mind is the tissue and I think that they also gave Harry one of Vernon's old socks. I am wondering how the Dursleys got the gifts to Hogarts in the first place.  They wouldn't use Owl Post because they don't like magic and even if they didn't feel that way, they don't even have an Owl with which to send anything.  They can't use regular mail because as Hermione explained, any Muggle who looks at Hogwarts will just see an abandoned house.  

So, how do they get the gifts to him?  

I apologize if this has been brought up before.  I am trying to make a connection between the gift-giving and the speculation about the role of the Dursleys in Book 5.
