If you did torture the person who tortured you I would say that that was 
morally wrong.  However, If Harry just kills LV and not all his supporters 
and doesn't crucio him, I don't really see that as Harry stooping to LV's 
level.  I can see the argument if he uses the AK spell, but maybe he'll use 
Gryffindor's sword.

Well, Harry *did* think that Black deserved the Dementors Kiss, even though 
it's worse than death.
