Somewhere in COS, Colin makes a comment about being able to develop 
the film in a special way so the photos would be moving photos. If I 
remember correctly, he seemed very excited about this (and probably 
had just found out about this method), so I am assuming his camera is 
a muggle camera.

p.s. I am also assuming that Dumbledore knows nothing about muggle 
cameras; otherwise, he would not have opened up the back of it so 
foolishly.
