The only problem I have with that is that it's *so* obvious.  The thing that 
makes HP wicked is that nothing is ever what it seems.  The skinny boy that 
lives under the stairs is a powerful wizard and the pet rat is really a 
traitor in disguise and the malicious teacher is really a good guy - it 
doesn't fit with what we've seen to have the three Death Eaters be the most 
obvious ones...*shrugs* IMHO anyway.
