I'm guessing that Fred and George didn't really care who Percy 
was friends with and so they wouldn't really notice who he was 
with.  Same goes with Ron.  We know that Ron had never heard 
the name Peter Pettigrew before he overheard Fudge et al. in the 
pub (if he had, wouldn't he have said something?), so why would 
the twins know his name?  If they ever noticed the name on the 
map, wouldn't they just assume it was the name of some 
student who's not in their year and who they'd never met?
