A Mrs. Figg Sighting?

But wouldn't Harry have recognised her? He should know what she looks 
like fairly well. And also, do you think that she would have let him 
find out she was a witch like that? I think she should break it 
gently! 

Also, I think it's weird that in GoF when Dumbledore tells Sirius to 
go to Mrs Figg, that Harry didn't associate the name. AND don't you 
think it's strange that she is called MRS Figg? Where is her husband? 
And am I just being stupid? :)
