There xou have a point. But maybe Frank was some years elder as his 
wife. After all, the married couples couldn't be all in the same 
year. *g* And it is also possible, that especially aurors, because of 
the special circumstances (Voldemort) at this time, could very soon 
be famous and well-liked.
