Before we tease out what she might do and say, we have to figure out 
*what* she saw and heard.  We don't know *when* she arrived on the 
window-ledge.  In the best of all possible worlds, RitaBeetle only 
saw a very touching scene between Mrs. Weasley comforting Harry.  We 
don't know if she arrived in time to see Sirius change, or the dark 
mark on Snape's arm...She will be furious, but we don't know what 
information she has.
