The One and Only Gringotts Bank?

Someone else recently made a comment about Gringotts bank (post#
43659), although, I'm not presenting it in the original context. The
statement was that wizards only have one bank which makes it a pretty
sophisticated organization because it's able to serve the entire world
(as in the entire planet). All wizards of all countries keep their
money in Gringotts or a local branch office of Gringotts. 

Quoting Alina of Distant Place in Post# 43659:
"... Think about it, they're the only wizards bank, which means they
have offices not only in Britain but all over the world where wizards
live, right? ...."

I'm not sure, is Gringotts but consensus of the group (since canon is
lacking) the only wizards bank in the UK? ...in Europe? ...in the
'western' world? .....in the world?

If it's the only wizard's bank in the world that solves a major
problem I'm having in one of my fan fiction stories.

So.... What say you all?
