I am really not sure what you meant by the above statement.  The 
terms "elitist" and "racist" are not terms used in Potterverse; 
however, other words are used which, IMO, carry the same connotation. 
How else can the term, "mudblood" be classified but as a WW 
equivalent of a "racial" slur?  As I just reminded by someone else's 
post, Draco has a high old time taunting Ron about his family's 
poverty.  How else can this classified but as an example 
of "elitism"?  Perhaps-and I believe I must be-missing your point.
