I just thought I'd point everyone towards a rather lengthy post I 
wrote just over a week ago, under the topic of Life+Loyaly:A 
Voldemort/Dumbledore Connection, that refers quite a bit to wand 
cores and their power.  It got hardly any responses, but maybe more 
poeple will take interest now that another wand core discussion has 
been started
