I agree with this, its exactly the tone of British Social Class 
codewords. Hagrid here I think was arguing 'only the best for Harry'. 
So they get the wand from the equivalent of that store on 5th Avenue, 
New York, getting the right Logo to boot, and not from the local Wal-
Mart.
