One more thing about Arthur, he seems to be the guy who is called on
to help the wizards weasel out of awkward situations with the muggles.
When Moody had his encounter with the police, Arthur was the one who
was called in. I don't think that this was an unusual task for him.
So there are probably quite a few wizards indebted to him for this
sort of help.
