I'd say from his statement that Ollivander *did* know that Tom Riddle was
Voldemort.  Dumbledore stated that *not many* people knew that Voldemort was
once the clever, handsome, head boy there, not that *no one* knew.  It
wouldn't surprise me in the least if Ollivander was one of the ones who did
know, if for no other reason than *because* of the wand.
