I say:
It's more than likely, I think.  It's also more than likely that 
there are a dozen or so such characters who hate Harry for that kind 
of reason.  We already know there are quite a few who hate him for 
his defeat of "You-Know-Who."

But if I may insert my own humble opnion, that kind of plot twist is 
far too cliche and overused for JKR.  I highly doubt she would 
include something so easy to forsee.  It's just *too* simple.
